New holster squeaky

I just received my leather holster for my Blackhawk.  Was supposed to get it quite a while ago and was planning on carrying it this year but the holster squeaks real bad.  Does anyone have a solution to this?  I would like to wear it but if its too loud I won't.    Thanks.   If it still squeaks I could always use it to call in  some predators

Just like a baseball glove.  Put some saddle soap on and work it in.  The squeaks will go away with use.

Linseed oil is another good choice too.
