i have no idea where exactly it was shot but im pretty sure its state land.

It's pretty close to public land,it's actually so close I'd need a gps to check, either or he had permission from the property owner. The shot was taken from public land.

i was not there. And i can assure you that it was legally taken.
my buddy is by the book 100%.

Not to stir the pot, but if you weren't there, how do you KNOW he was legal, cuz according to swiftkid, he shot FROM stateland, but where he was shooting AT possibly wasn't, not sayin, just sayin!
