Went bear hunting and this is all I seen. Sat down at the edge of a meadow and he walked out 25yds in front of me. Meat in the freezer and my first blacktail.

A little more to the story. The deer came up behind me as I was sitting at the edge of a meadow. I heard a crack, then another crack and could see ears twitching out of the corner of my eye. I sat still waiting to see if he would walk out in front of me and sure-nough, he walked out to about 25 yds in front of me. I looked at the little horned guy, body not bad (weighed in at 96 pounds meat and bones, so about 150 on the hoof), I sat there waiting for the deer to stop stairing at me. He looked away and I scoped him. He again staired at me and turned his head slightly when I squezed one off. He dropped in his tracks and that was that. I cannot wait for the steaks, sausage and pepperoni!! No meat wasted on this guy!!

I agree, tag soup is pretty bland. let.it.fly I agree with you. I think this is probably the smallest buck in our little spot but it was the only one that was dumb enough to jump in front of my trusty odd 6. LOL
Thanks all for not being to rough on me. I would love a monster buck but first year hunting up here and this summer I will do some scouting and find some big ones.
I HOPE
