A two I'd shoot
« on: November 12, 2009, 08:39:17 AM »
Had him do his doe less than 10 yards from me.  Too close for pics even.  I'd have let the air out of him in a heartbeat with my Sapphire.   He nailed her again about 3 minutes later.   AWESOME with Lil and Booner at my side.

Cool pic.  I guess he would be a legal three point w/ those eye guards.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Nice pic.

Looks like all the bucks in Lincoln, huge two point with itty bitty eye guards.

Even as a two, I consider this guy a TROPHY.  Man he was awesome.

Saw one much like that over in Wilbur a few years ago, big old roman nose and white face, sway back everything indicating a mature deer.  Just didn't have those eye guards or he'd of been on the wall.  You think that bucks regressing Doug, or has he always been a two and will end up producing two's?
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Eye guards put him in the legal category.
Any pics of him head on or walking away bone???
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
