Quick Limit this a.m.

I finished up my duck hunt at about 7:14 this morning.  Mixed bag, lots of new birds.

What I don't eat, I have been making it into pepperoni and sausage.  Having most of it processed.

thanks, that seems to be a popular choice. if i have enough leftover maybe I'll go that route. I usually cook mine on the grill like a steak, but have been experiementing with the smoker lately.

I have tried many of the local ones and I still prefer the one I use down in Vancouver, WA.  I haven't found a better one than Butcher Boys for taste on the pepperoni.
