well momma has the day off so I get to hunt the am hunt before dinner...anyone else hunting t-day

It will be archery, but it wouldn't be turkey day without a little hunting.
the two seasons together make it nice my son and I can hunt together.

well if i have not yet got a deer i will be hunting the am for sure the wife has to work so are tday will be on friday  :chuckle:

Thats a definite yes for me..I intend to be out in my area at first light..Looks to be be raining and low 50s..My favorite season bar none, late muzzle. Afterwards, home to some good grub and thankful for it all.

I'll probably be out for elk on Wednesday, and not sure yet about Thanksgiving. Hopefully I will get lucky and kill a bull Wednesday and that will solve that problem.  :D

But I've already been told by the wife that I can hunt Thanksgiving morning, so chances are I'll be out there somewhere. Just not sure what unit yet. Pondering all the options (which aren't many.)

haven't been home for turkey day in years. got a great wife who understands what this season means to me. will be chasing deer in gmu 133 over the holiday. tenderloins on the table i hope. good luck to all.

Taking my 12 year old son on his 1st late season Muzzy hunt, he only get to tag along, but it a nice permit only hunt (ALTA B).  He plays football every weekend from Aug. 1st till now so he is stoked.  I am sure we will have a great time, 6 days looking for deer with my bud. :IBCOOL:
