I am going to make muzzy season this year!!! Last year my job got in the way >:( I was able to drop a bear with the M/L though, and a Turkey with M/L shotgun 8)

I've only been hunting elk with the muzzleloader, this year I'm doing both deer and elk and my main focus will be deer close to home. Plan on doing lots of pre-season scouting and I'll be hunting out of a tree stand for the first time ever this year.

Well..if they seperate out the antlerless stuff Ill be applying for a smoke pole cow tag..Does that count?  You guys will have to suggest a new muzzloader for me..I dont think my hawken is going to cut it. :dunno:

My thoughts have already turned to muzzy season my son who will be 12 will be taking his hunter ed and he plans on deer hunting this year.I think im more excited then he is :IBCOOL:I can hardly wait only 8 months and 12 days left to opening deer season,but whos counting.      Kram

I might change to elk with the muzzy,always do deer..so gimmie your westside honey holes,not exact but within a hundred yrds :chuckle: I love the whole blackpowder gig

just got my second muzzy already have a bighorn ss with thumbhole stock. my new one is a wolverine blue barrel camo stock brand new 50 cal cant wait to shoot it might be my deer gun and bighorn my elk

Mainly the people to freakin many one behind every tree it seemed like. Now it will be every other tree lol, also better and longer seasons.
