You guys really really take it to another level. My recipe is:meat + seasoning salt + fire.
Over an open fire I like to cook brisket (london Broil works too)1 slab of meat size depending how many you are feedingmarinade1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup olive oil1 TB lemon juice2-3 cloves garlic minced1 TB italian seasoning(simple but extremely tasty)Marinate several hrs or overnightGrill over open coals using a fish or BBQ basket if you don't have a fire grateI had it last night on the BBQ. Awsome. I like it medium rare.
