I have a question.Where it says''points used''. Do you add 1 point to that when you are not selected.Thanks for the link.

No, don't add a point. You get your point when you buy the application, not when you are unsuccessful in drawing a permit.

The "points used" isn't necessarily the number of points you have. If you applied in a party, it is the average of the group.
