I'll have to join hunting-nevada.com and with my first post say....
I drew the Late rut tag for the Ruby mtns in Nevada, can someone tell me where it is and if there really are deer there and if there are if someone would liek to tell me where to go.I don't want any honey holes now.....and are there any maps for the area.......and.....

That's a great area to hunt. I've always wanted to apply in Nevada but never have, due to the low odds and the cost. Well Bone, you got the one "real" hunt you were wanting to do this year. Are you taking Idabooner with you?

THat hasn't been discussed though there is a pretty good chance it could happen.  He is awefully fond of his slobbering snoreing dog  that I am dreadfully allergic too and  I'm not sure there is room in the truck for both of us.  My luck Jack would get the walltent and stove and I'd ahve to sleep under a tree.   :)  I need to figure out a lot of logistics first.  Now that I have one good tag, I should draw another one.  I'm hopeing NM sheep, or Montana goat.
