I bought a new hatchet
« on: June 24, 2010, 06:10:53 PM »
so today i stopped at the harbor frieght in richland and they had this cool looking hatchet which I didnt need and most of harbor frieghts tools I think are junk but this thing look cool as hell and felt great in the hand so what the hell I bought it. well I get it home and immediatly go to work on a stump in my yard thats about 6" in dia. and it quickly wittles it down. ok maybe this thing was worth th 15$ bucks :dunno: then I go to this apple tree Ive been takeing apart and 3" branches are easily wacked off w/ little effort hmm. not bad 8) Then I sharpen it, and holy cow I go to town hackin up everything that needs it and somethings that dont. So over all a total impulse purchase turned out to have been a damned good buy and I am feelin pretty good about it!
