lol i laugh everytime i hear anything about a garand i love those old rifles BUT!!!!!!!! the first time i loaded one of them i got the good old garand thumb jobs and sob did that hurt like hell i wonder how many of those have happened over the years
i am sure a lot. you do learn quick to get the hell out of the way when that last shell kicks out of the stripper clip
fun old gun. i would have no prob with that gun and the 30 on a deer but would keep it to under about 150y myself
