OK, I am not officially condoning this, but I know this guy. ..and this is what he would do..

1.  Kill a coyote
2.  Put a collar around it's neck
3.  Snap a leash to the collar
4.  Tie the end of the leash to her back bumper
5.  Slide the coyote up under her car
6.  crack a beer, sit back, and wait for her to leave the house
 
...you can play the rest out in your head...

This is the "coyote thing"...
