General Disarray
I had thought about it, but i feel that it is more fair just to do bird points. some people get tons of bands because of the area they are in. others like myself have got 1 or none in a life time.

D-Rock425 you are added as a individual contest if you find a person to do a team with let me know and i will take you off and add your team if you get one. if not you are registered as a individual

chester you are added

Hmm  I'd vote to add some sort of bonus to help balance out the list of high point birds that are westside only, i.e. Harli, euro widgeon and barrows but whatever.  I think bands would be a fun bonus and add some bonus for people that are skilled enough to shoot them.

Count me in as a solo unless i can find a team member.
when is the cut off date to sign up and when does the contest end?  do all birds have to be killed in WA?

Sign me up as an individual for now, can I change to a team later if I find a team mate?

their is no time limit to sign up. you could sign up the last day of the season and score for 1 day. the birds do not have to be only here in washington but must be in the u.s.a no Canada birds or etc because their is some members on here that live in Idaho and Oregon. i would not want to keep them from being included. right now i am still going to leave the points the way it is. it was tuff to come up with a system that would work well. there is enough things to keep track of Right now :chuckle: thanks for the ideas

yes alecvg, i will register you as a individual but if you find a team mate p.m. me and i will take you off the individual and list you as a team.

will register you guys in just a sec

You can sign me up.  I have someone that asked about a team, waiting to hear back.  This means hitting a few different spots in one day to pick up the birds needed.  Maybe some windshield time involved.
Cut em!

Hey carpsniperg2-

can you put ducks55 and I into the individual category.... we decided it would be easier that way than as a team......

and also, can you keep submitting your hunts and you will take our 5 best????

maybe like a 1-band limit special bonus. meaning you can only get points for earning 1 band. like 5 or 10 or something. but if you get 10 bands that season, you still only get bonus points for just one of them. I hear of more guys taking cans on the east than the west BTW...  ;)

It is my understanding you have to choose your hunt at the time.
you pick it and it has to be entered within 3 days.

yeah so a Harli-only hunt might not be good unless you fill your bag with some scoters or long-tails or something that day too as a regular mallard hunt could outscore you for the day.
