I'd have to agree with the blind mag being foolproof but a lot of guys hunt close to their rig, short hikes and back to the truck, loading when getting out, unloading when getting back to the truck.
I might have to load and unload my rifle six times in a day in the area I hunt elk.
A floor plate or DM is just so convenient.
My lightweight hiking rifles are ADL but they get used more on longer hikes when I'm not loading/unloading a bunch in a day.
yeah i mean cycling it isnt a horrible thing but having a clip that you pop in and out in less then a second is so convienient even compared to a floorplate becausr even though i used it before it doesnt compare to having the clip i love my new gun soo much! before i bought it i new the bolt was so smooth but after playing with it for a while if you hold it muzzle up the bolt will literally fall down it is so awesome!
