I really like my Tikka T3 .300 WSM but I like my Ruger Hawkeye .243 a little better.

My .308 Remington 700 VTR with 6-24x50 scope with mil-dot reticle and a harris bi-pod. :)

Hopefully soon to be replaced with a 300WINMAG Savage Long Range Hunter with same scope, but with a 30MOA base and same bi-pod.

I really like all of them.  But my good old boat paddle stock Ruger 77SS in 300 win mag topped with a leupy vx II in 3x9 just flat seems to kill stuff everytime I pick it up.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

My custom M25 with US Optics SN-3 is my best rifle, but my favorite is the same as goldtips.  My old ruger always kills.
I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

Well my only rifle is a browning A-Bolt Stainless Synthetic left handed model, chambered for the .270 Winchester, and topped with a Luepold VX-II 3-9x40mm, it works good for me.

I know a lot of you may laugh but I love my inexpensive Savage 110 30-06.   Perfect for anything in the state.  Great in the brush and good in the open!!
"The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."

I don't think anyone should laugh at a Savage, they make some very accurate, but cheap rifles.

Then there's the heavy truck gun....  :chuckle:
