I think Slider's buck was an off spring.

Here is a pic I still have on photobucket that they resized when they changed their site around years ago.  Kind of tough to tell in that pic but you can get an idea of how wide he was.

I remember that buck Mark...  looked for his sheds for awhile too but came up empty...   :'(

still a couple similar bucks wintering up there. not quite as wide but def same genes. don't you have to get permission to find those sheds?  :dunno:

The area is now closed until may 1st I beleive. I havnt hiked up there in the last 2 years. Way to many people living up there and I dont like the publicity and granolas.  I am sure there is a bunch of sheds to find up there, but not for me. to sketchy .
