Yep... I've never brought a cape out of the woods till this one!

Doug et al.... when you measure a point...how do the scorers do it? Do they make a line across the base of the point as if the main beam continued Through the point??

Exactly Ernie.   Masking tape or ruler.  Make a line of the beam on both side.  Where it transects the center of the point, thats your line.

He actually carried the head and a front for a while while I carried a front and pulled the sled, then we switched off... But yeah, he's a hell of a good friend... actually got in a little hot water with his wife for coming to help me... I owe him... ;)
