Any body finding paddles yet? I've gone looking a few times now but no luck.

Not even worth getting out and looking now! 13 inches of fresh snow on top of them now. :(

I went looking for moose antlers for my first time this year today. I struck gold too! Actually brown. I found a nice matched set in the first hour and and half. I came across the first one laying at the base of a rub tree. Then circled around and found the other side about 200 yards away shortly later. It was awesome. I had to cut the day short but will look more tomorrow.

Hey shedcrazy, thanks for wishing me luck. I went back out today and found another matched set. I cant believe it! I found this pair literally laying on top of each other, mostly covered in snow, after about 3 hours of looking. Anybody else finding any paddles?

Right on HornHoarder!

What type of terrain are you looking for them in? Reprod, open timber, fresh cuts etc.?

Hey Alan K,  I found both sets in the same general area, maybe a half mile apart. It is mostly open timber with some pine thickets. there are also several brushy areas where the moose feed. I found them in the buckbrush.
