I know whats not cool and thats not having your special permit the day before the season begins! It would suck if I had to travel and couldn't leave home yet because I was waiting on the mail man to see if he had my permit!
Bobcat, Question for you. I think this has been talked about before but lest say you draw a Multi Season Elk tag. Can you apply for a Muzzy Cow permit and a Modern Bull permit?

No. You would only have one additional point for each elk category (bull, quality, cow) if you are unsuccessful.If you get drawn for all three, then your points would be reduced to zero in all three.
