Both eyes for everything, it really helped my accuracy in archery, since I shoot my bow way more than all others combined it just feels right.
I guess that is one of the things that got me into shooting a recurve, both eyes on the target.do you close an eye when you play darts ?which eye do you close when you throw a baseball or football ?What about when on the golf range (or is it course)? The more things you involve in the proceess, the more excuses you have for missing... K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) I have nothing to blame but myself when I do not put it where I wanted it, common joke with my peers "I chose the wrong sight pin" or "couldn't see through my peep" (we dont have them)
So what you are saying is that you have no excuse for missing?

Both open for my bowfishing/trad shooting.omg that is awesome I am left eye dominant right handed raised by lefties...so in a nutshell I am screwed.... I shoot one eye left for scoped or one eye right for pistol and slowly trying to learn both eyes open
