Just a beat up Jake, but he's my first gobbler!  Called him in from a couple hundred yards.  I learned a lot the last few days.  Got busted a few times, learning that they will come in silently.  Most fun I've had with my pants on in some time!   :IBCOOL:  We went two for four in wind, rain, and snow.  Can't wait til next time.

It's still going good out there so if you have been waiting for it to warm up ...... the time is now.  Just got back from a couple of days in the NE and we had some good hunts and picked up two toms.....................

Work is 6 days a week & 10 hrs a day minimum until I'm off for 3 weeks in June for my wife's knee replacement ... it will be this fall unfortunately ... but it does give me great pleasure watching my fellow turkey hunters having the kind of success I've enjoyed for several years ...still need to cook up 3 birds from last year and clear more room in the freezer.  I'ld like another shot at "Ali", but he'll be there next year and I'll be a lot smarter hopefully!  Really happy for you guys in the meantime ....
