Raffle Tags?

Does anyone know why I can't purchase a raffle tag online?  They're not listed anywhere.  Last year I could buy them at the same time I bought my applications online.

Because of a change in state gambling laws you cannot buy the raffle tags online, only in person.

Thanks, I just saw the link on the WDFW website where it says can only be purchased through a vendor....lame.

Wonder how much the odds are going to increase because people don't go through the trouble of going to buy them in person?
