Someone found my cuddieback
« on: May 05, 2011, 08:31:40 PM »
This guy walked by my camera, and as the second picture shows the flash must have startled him. The good thing is he just looked and left it alone. I did not not know that he had found the camera until I got home. I could not go back to pull it until last night, thanks for leaving it alone.
Not Sure what he was hunting for had a rifle and hand gun, if you look in the first picture theres another guy comming out of the trees.

if they were poaching they probably would have took the camera, sim card, or destroyed it.  :dunno:

We always try to combine a horn hunt with a coyote hunt.  I don't see any calls hanging around their neck though.

Yeah, the camo on the right leg is better than the camo on his left leg...  :dunno: :chuckle:  And where's his boots?  I gotta git me a pair of those. Must be really light weight.

He's probably crapped himself when the flash went off, drew down on it, then realized what a dork he looks like because he drew his pistol...now wants to trash the camera so nobody sees his pics.

I agree, what the hell happened to his boots?  I have a cuddeback as well and have never seen it blur stuff out or flat make it invisible like this guys boots.  Also yeah, he must be billy the damn kid with that handgun, I've had cams flash me in the past but never been so startled I got my gun drawn before I realized it was a game cam.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Did you have your camera in a lock box or attached to a cable?

thanks for the pics and the second picture I can try and guess what he's doing only because i've done similar manuevers.

My rangemaster/firearms instructor when I was in L.E. taught us to sidestep left or right and draw our firearm at the same time to avoid being in the kill zone.  Which is directly in front of a person or directly behind a person.  By sidestepping you make the suspect adjust his line of fire and not yours to him.  My two cents as to why it looks blurry?
