Upper Smith Creek
« on: June 25, 2011, 09:56:04 PM »
My buddy and I drew Upper Smith Creek for archery cow from 07-14 oct. We are looking for intel/recomendations from anyone out there drew this tag and has hunted the area. Looks like a good backup plan incase regular season does not work out. Thanks
There are only so many sunrises left.

i drew the same tag for any bull. i have been in the area before and its brutal rough terrain. only access is hike in. as you scout it and put a plan together let me know so we can try to plan around each other. If you wanna scout togehter or compare notes PM me. forest service says they wont have marble mountain gate open for a few more weeks. I know the area fairly well so let me know if you have anymore questions.

There are some real good bulls in there.  I still have yet to draw.  I have to ask though...why would you put in for a cow tag there?
