Shooting hours

The regs start at Sept 1.  Bear season starts Aug 1.  What are the shooting hours for the month of August?  Is it simply 1/2 hr before and after sunrise/set?

I was trying to convince everyone that hunting them at night, in Aug, was legal.  No one seemed to be convinced.

Here's a strange one for you, no shooting hours in AK. Still trying to get use to it. People talk about spot light hunting all the time up this way.  Not many legal big game animals within 50 miles of a HWY anyway so I think most just do it for small game like fox and lynx.
