Big bucks on the road
« on: October 17, 2011, 12:43:49 PM »
as in the back of someones truck.   I'm perched on some rock trying to photograph a sheep and on one of the few straighstretched in the canyon I see a nice buck in the back of someones truck.   Had to have been a nice one.   Always waiting to see if it shows up here.    Jacked up toyota or nissan, with no muffler electric blue/teal color.  Whoever you are, nice buck.

Ever about wreck trying to see someones deer or elk or moose. LOL

I have whipped around on the road and chased someone down to see the dead critter in their truck.  One guy in Shelton had a monster 5x5 blacktail tied to the quad in the back of his rig, I followed him for about 5 miles looking at that thing.

When I was like 16 or 17 my buddy killed a big ol 3x4. His first buck. We posed it up all nice in the back of the truck for the ride home. Lots of thumbs ups from other hunters but more middle fingers from teenage girls and hippies. :chuckle:
