I clean them off, then display on antlers. Both my Elk ones broke in three peices. Here are a few
Now therefore, please take your weapons, your quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me

Planned to use it again.....that is untill it broke last week while sighting it in with my new bow! :bash: :bash:
It hit high in my target and knocked it over causing it to land on my "Lucky Arrow" busting it in half!   :bash: :bash:  It still had the blood on it from my 178 inch monster whitetail from last year!!! It was also the same arrow I used in my first archery kill 2 years ago...   Guess its time for a new "Lucky Arrow"
There are no stupid questions... just lots of inquisitive idiots!

Wouldn't it get kind of expensive not to mention smelly to hang up all your carp arrows? :chuckle:

I've only killed 1 grouse and 2 deer with my bow. The grouse I re used the arrow, my deer last year broke the arrow in 3 places the lower half and BH with blood & hair are on the window sill in the garage with the top half in my bow case for rememberance and the deer I shot this year was a pass through so I just washed it off and put it back in bow case for next year. One day when I shoot a buck and have it mounted then I will retire the arrow if it is still shootable and hang it on the rack. I shoot GT pro hunter so I can't aford to not re use serviceable arrows.

I use them for spoilers (grouse or coyotes) or goofing around arrows but won't hunt big game with them again.  If they are nicked in any way I crap can them.

Re-use them if I can. Most of the time they are damaged so I keep them in the garage untill I go on a cleaning spree (which is not very often) then they go in the trash.  I really should just put them there in the first place but just can't bring myself to do it right away.
