As echoed by other people, something later than the first weekend would work for me. Already have commitments for the 1st weekend and I'd hate to miss out on this. Flying marshmallows? Pfft... try flying marshmallows on fire!!

Well I will finally be home (in the states) in time for this and I think I have the wife talked into going with me.  Convinced her it would be a retirement present.  the only thing that might prevent me from making it would be the job hunting.

A little later sounds good that 16th thing sounds good to me so more can come. It;s a teally good time over there sitting around telling stories and meeting people and fun fishing. Usually Elete 1 Steve sets up a derby for prizes that range from quilts to hats and poles for biggest fish most fish and worst fisherman I think huntbear won that last year but won the marshmellow shoot. What we do is if people that have boats we make places for those that don;t. Some of us like to stay for a week. If you drive up to the dam there will lots of people fishing salmon and sturgeon off the bank. There are catfish and walleye and bass and perch to be caught there for bait we use trout ;worms'flays from suckers; and wharever you want to throw out. There is even a deep hole under the bridge where they fish for stugeon.

I'm going to try and make it this year. Either weekend would work for me.

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
