Yesterday was a bitter sweet day for me. The last day of any hunting season can hit home hard, and after my best waterfowl season comes to a end, I already find my self pondering what will I do with all this spare time. Upwind, Hillbilli, and The Skybuster, thank you for taking your time and showing me the ropes two years ago, and on into the beginning of this season.

My dogs did better this year than last, my male lab now knows how to blind retreive, and to wait for a bird that dives
I was able to fill most of my waterfowl bucket list this year!! I met a lot of great guys this season thanks to the open seat thread. If it wasnt for this website, I doubt I would ever have even figured out how to duck hunt. With a freezer full of duck, coot, and goose meat I know that my dogs and I have a ton of jerky for several months to come.
