Thanks, It was actually a nice buck, had a thick base like the bigger one on the left, it has a nice eyeguard then the main beam after the eyeguard was split down the middle and broke off like a splinter.  Must have got his butt kicked.  :chuckle: :chuckle:
When you see the third, thin the herd.
Right now I'm somewhere picking up sheds.

Nice work.  How many hours in the field to locate those?

Thanks guys!  H2, we left the truck at daylight and when we got back to the truck I took the tailgate pic with about a half hour of light left.  My buddy found 6 of his 7 within about 30 yards of each other.  He was about 100 yards away at the time and And called saying he found a match forked horn set, I said ill come over and take a atl pic, on my way over he found the broken one, and the dinky fork laying right there also,  just after I took the pic he says there's two more, I look up and right in front of me is two 4 pts laying, so i took those atl pics.  That's why those are the only atl pics I have of his sheds, if you look in the 6th photo you can see another shed in the background.  If he never found that one spot he could have walked all day and only found one.  Keeps you motivated and on your toes for sure, and tell the end of the day I don't fully realize just how much ground and how far we walk.  Big kids Easter egg hunt.   :chuckle:

Finally found my first fresh Elk shed for 2012 today, not a big one but it'll do.  Left my camera home today, no atl pic.
