Not trying to be he "internet police".....this pic would have been pulled by every other sight I frequent....pictures of illegal activities dont fly on most sights and never have been kept up on this sight before either.....just sayin........... :dunno:  :bdid:

What about the thousands of illegals running around your neiughborhoods right now... Hurry dial 911 about them and quit trying to be the damn police, I think we have enough of them already.. And I suppose all of you bitching drive the speed limit and stop at everystop sign and use your blinker everytime...

Beautiful fish! I hope you disregard all the negativity with it...

The fish out of water regulation is crystal clear?  CHECK
The fish had been noted by the OP being in excellent condition upon release?  CHECK
The best that we can gather by the pic, the fish was handled with extreme care and the fish looks great?  CHECK

Did I miss anything?

Oh, and helluva nice fish sir and thanks for the pic!!!  And that fish's gene pool will continue!!!  :)

Maybe the guy in the picture is indian.  Then the fish out of water law wouldn't apply.  There are some places in WA, for example if you fish the Quinault, where the law doesn't apply.
And the law applies to hatchery fish as well, most people think it is only for wild fish.
