It's a fish out of the water!!!

What about the thousands of illegals running around your neiughborhoods right now... Hurry dial 911 about them and quit trying to be the damn police, I think we have enough of them already.. And I suppose all of you bitching drive the speed limit and stop at everystop sign and use your blinker everytime...

Beautiful fish! I hope you disregard all the negativity with it...

Show us some more.

To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Picture out of water?  CHECK
Noted as wild fish by OP?  CHECK
Noted as out of water by OP?  CHECK
The fish out of water regulation is crystal clear?  CHECK
The fish had been noted by the OP being in excellent condition upon release?  CHECK
The best that we can gather by the pic, the fish was handled with extreme care and the fish looks great?  CHECK

Did I miss anything?

Oh, and helluva nice fish sir and thanks for the pic!!!  And that fish's gene pool will continue!!!  :)

Maybe the guy in the picture is indian.  Then the fish out of water law wouldn't apply.  There are some places in WA, for example if you fish the Quinault, where the law doesn't apply.
And the law applies to hatchery fish as well, most people think it is only for wild fish.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I don't really see where anyone is all fired up or taking jabs. :dunno: this thread has actually stayed surprisingly civil. :twocents:

The reason why it looks that way is because I have taken posts off and edited posts :hello: No wonder you guys cant see them and it looks to be civial up until my post :bash: Come on guys use your brains!

Ahhhhhh, and I don't even get to argue with hairtrigger about the difference of the open ocean and stretching a net across a river.
