For everybody still fighting the good fight keep it up. :tup:  Here's some more inspiration for those of you thinking of slowing down.  I'm ready to kick it up another notch getting pumped up watching this video, bout to run out the door now and put some pavement under my shoes. :rockin:

Stuck at 295 (-1)  Now if I can actually have a work week that isn't 10-12 hours per night I might be able to make it to the gym and get off of this plateau!!!

Busy last week.  Weekend before last in California then went straight to Boise, ID for work on last Monday for the whole week.  Maintained haven't lost or gained anything.
