Who has it? How do you like it I received my attack pants in the mail the other day and the guide jacket mailed this morning. I have never spent this kind of money on cloths and really hope I like them

love my guide jacket, was hard to pony up that kind of dough but worth it.
when my ascent pants wear out i will most likely buy some attack pants

How are the accent pants for warmth they feel like early season pants was hoping they where alittle thicker but they should work with a decent layering system I like there layers but don't really have 400 bucks for them right now

The Ascent pant are by far my favorite for the style of hunting I do.  They are lined with a thin liner that keeps you plenty warm if you are a "hike" hunter.  Actually, too warm in September.  If you need added warmth, wear a pair of merino longjohns and you're good to go.

They aren't the warmest pants but are fine in colder conditions with some type of thermal under them.  You will be very pleased with them, best hunting pants I have ever worn.  Wore them about 20 days in the field last year, still look new except for a few blood stains.

ascent is a lighter weight then the attack pants, attack are similar to the mountain pant i think.
60 deg comfortable
40 deg light long johns
20 fleece long johns
i really like the cut of them and the weight, dry super quick too

I have the attack pants don't know where I got accent from I also heard there coming out with a guide pants as well

I have the 185 and 250 base layers, the guide vest and jacket, attack pants, the hat and a beanie.  It is all very well made.  I also like the firstlite base layers and Kanab pants.  Merino wool base layers pay off three days into a hunt.

So yesterday went on a couple hour hike in the rain/snow/hail/sunshine/uphill/downhill thick westside underbrush you get the point  .  the jacket and pants worked flawlessly best purchase i have ever made i was wearing gators but that's just because i knew i was going to be into sticker Bush's.  i stayed completely dry even though they only claim water resistant and in my rivers west stuff i would have been soaked.  any mud dirt debris brushed right off of this stuff. I really like the stretch of the material you can lift your arms without the jacket riding up under the back pad as bad with a pack on like the rest of my jackets.  it breaths extremely well going uphill. i stayed relatively warm with just summer under armour on. if i was sitting i think i would have been alittle chilly temp was right around freezing. they will defiantly get more business from me in the future. i know this stuff is a little on the spendy side but worth every penny ill will keep everyone posted as i wear it this year and let you know how it holds up to wear over time.

I have heard you will have to refresh the DWR with a wash cycle of nikwax but it replenishes well.

ya if you read his blog on kuiu.com its pretty interesting. I really like his business plan about keeping the whole company transparent and let everyone know about the ups and downs the backorders are a issue but at least they straight up said hey sorry we didn't expect to grow this fast so soon and the product is not made in china so it takes like 6 to 8 months from when they place orders(well the final product the material is from some nanotech company over there.)
I looked into there backpacks as well and from what i understand they are the most comfortable pack around until you get 80 plus pounds in it then its starts to show where they are just saving weight. only a option if you have pack animals i guess.
