So reading more and talking with other hunters that have been there, it looks like I might want to hold out for a 150" plus bucks??? . I've always been more of a meat hunter but there's always a first for everyone...
257 has it right! I have never killed a 150 class mule deer, so that is a big deer for me. Phool, as far as being a meat hunter.... I mean that if I see a legal buck, I take him. I don't hold out for the phantom largest buck on the mountain. But when you put in for a tag that has a larger than average number of large bucks, and you pull it, you don't necessarily take the first buck you see. Posting a pick of jackelope's mule deer 150 inches..... Works for me 😄
