3 Tbsp of pepper in a 1/2 c mayo? Are you sure about that ratio? That is an awful lot of pepper.

Sounds like a lot of tweaking on a basic cilantro lime sauce but I would say just about everyone on here has a good recipe. You pick your heat, pick your cream and pick your salsa, sweet or spicy. But first, go to the nearest Maverik has station and get some of these! They are usually by the fountain drinks and you can just grab a few. They are amazing for packing with you to season fish and birds!
I usually take a small can of chipotle peppers in adobo. Take out all the peppers and finely dice one of them (or two if you like your sauce hot). Reserve the other peppers for another use. Then mix the remaining adobo, and your one pepper and mix with sour cream.
