He did ride it for the first time without the training wheels, but after dumping it and flooding it with oil, he suggested I put them back on.

Anyway, LOVE the new D3 with 200-400mm but I'm looking forward to getting the 14-24mm.

Cole was riding shotgun and yelled "There's an Elk Dad!" Good spot boy.

One thing I did learn was, with this lens you really need to pay attention to your focus point, I thought I could just hit her main body and be good, Nope, need to hit what you want in focus. even at this distance the difference between her belly and head was enough to show the DOF.

I didn't use a Macro as I don't have one yet, All the flowers here were done with the 200-400mm handheld.
