I'm in need of a good tripod the POS i have now is junk it's old i can not even tell what kind it is  :dunno: . I  want someting that is not to heavy but sturdy with smooth movement if i want to us it for movies also. any help here   :tup:

Really Right Stuff makes the best.  I always thought Gitzo's carbon fiber legs were the best, but mine are literally falling apart after only 4 years of use.  RRS are double the price, but I bet they wouldn't be falling apart already.
