So I am just sitting around thinking If the tribe and WDFW don't reach an agreement to open the Puyallup for sport fishing does that mean that the tribe still gets to do their "sustenance" netting and we have to sit and watch or fish somewhere else

It is whether or not they want us sports fisherman to get a share.
I wonder if we will see bails of hay will float down the river this year
I always wondered if the hay bail action was true or just another urban legend? I would love to see it happen and wonder if it would do what I've heard it will do to the nets? Has it ever been done? Do they leave their nets out all night??
I don't normally fisht the puyallup so I'm not sure when it's supposed to open, the carbon is just below my house so I tend to fish that more. When is the puyallup normally open and what is different this year from years past?? Thanks
