Which one ? I have many    Backstraps ?  Or steaks ? either way this works great ...get a one gallon ziplock bag and put about a 1/4 cup of olive oil in and about 1/8 cup of A1 Steak sauce in it ..chop up some onion and throw in some minced garlic and salt and pepper ...add a couple caps full of lemon juice and some honey and some chopped up bell peppers ....zip the bag shut  and shack well ..then add your steaks or backstrap ...let sit for about 5 hours ...every once in awhile when you walk past your refrig ...stop and toss the bag around some then place back in the frig.. until done

nope I now have 5 points for next years draw.  Not sure who I pissed off at WDFW, I know plenty of people that pull a 2nd tag every year up here.   Maybe next year will be the year I finally draw a 2nd tag.
