He is no monster but the best of the herd. We saw about 8 bucks before this one. He was with another 4x4 and when I saw the eye guards I gave him a taste of Hornady SST 180gr. He didn't like it. I could have waited for something bigger maybe but I am happy, easy drag in light snow, downhill 400 yards to the truck.
I feel that my little brother Fishseeker was there with me this morning and that makes it the perfect hunt.

That's just awesome man ...glad you had fun and ended up with a nice one ... I just love the look of those High Mt.timber bucks ....they have a look of their own  :tup: :tup:
