I saw this ^ black tail this afternoon. Of course it saw me way before I saw it. The stinker stood there motionless for almost 15 minutes.

For all of you hunters in Eastern Washington, or Idaho or Eastern Oregon for that matter, I know you think this a waste of time, a useless thread.  It really isn't.  Blacktail deer are something special, because of the thick vegetation over here.  We all are very lucky to live in such a diverse region (deserts, alpine, rain forests, swamps, &c.).  If you ever have a chance, please try to hunt the blacktail deer in Western Washington or Oregon someday. 

You WILL be disappointed.

The bigger one looked about 3 feet wide about ready to give us some more sneaky blacktails.

Just right of center between the base of those two trees.  Below the blue.  Though I don't see any antlers.  You must not have big blacktail bucks on your wall MadMax :chuckle:
