Fraleys fines and jail time was 100% suspended, he received two years probation on his third wildlife offense. As my mom stated he probably took his @$$ to the food bank and ate the elk he killed too. Good job Pend Oreille county justice system..
Big tex, they did suspend the fine. It was 7000 ish dollars, all suspended. He paid 0$
Unless his criminal fine would amount to that much also.
I wonder if he will ever be able to buy a hunting license again, and if not, how long before he can?
....Unfortunately this is the NORM! It's very rare in big game poaching cases nowadays for somebody to get anything other then just the criminal wildlife penalty assessment...
