 I get in too see the knee doc today.  I am sure he won't get me fixed up right away but maybe I will get maybe some deer hunting in before the end of early archery and maybe late elk if it is nothing really wrong

Proalince orthopedic associates in Renton.  To notch docs.  They are scheduling a MRI now to verify the cartilidge damage.  Doc is pretty sure about that.  Than surgery afterwards.

These Docs today can do amazing things. I've had both knees done. Fished a musky tournament the day after the last one two years ago. You'll be fine Russ.

I hope to get this done sooner then later so I can get out for the late season at least.  I had the same knee done 20 plus years ago and I remember I was putting full week on it within a week.

I am having my MRI tomorrow so they can schedule surgery.  I am hoping and crossing my finger they can get it done soon.

The fun part is the dvd they give you post op.
You can have a dvd viewing party.
How are you in tight spaces? Depending on the size of the tunnel, it can be interesting.
Suggest you wear a blind fold. They usually provide one.

I am OK with tight spots at times.  I have had an MRI before.  Just close my eyes and listen to the jack hammer.  I do remember how noise it was.

One more thing. If you have a deductible, when you check in for the surgery, they ask for a check.

The older models have a tight fit, but produce great pictures. The newer MRI's are more open.
Seems some of the patients are a little overweight and could not fit in the tube.
A 50 inch waist was about the max.

I got pretty good insurance.  I have to check that though.

I put the ear plugs in and they've had to wake me every time I've had an MRI.
