Father and son deer hunt
«
on:
November 22, 2014, 08:58:33 AM »
For many years I’ve been fortunate to hunt deer on one of the San Juan islands. My son has been joining me since he was nine. He killed his first deer there, and has killed three in the last four. The blacktail deer are a bit smaller than mainland deer, but a challenge to hunt none the less.
Hunting together has created wonderful experiences and memories.
These photos are from this year’s late general season last weekend.
