Wildfire 2 remote problems
« on: December 30, 2014, 06:29:39 PM »
Hey,

Does anyone have any experience with the TX9 remote that goes with the Foxpro Wildfire 2?

I purchased it about three months ago and from the start it had a problem with the power button. I would turn it off and in a short time period it would turn itself on again. Eventually, I sent it back in to Foxpro to be fixed. I got it back today and now the remote won't turn on at all.

Any thoughts?

Is the battery bad? If not I'd get ahold of fox pro again

Yup, the problem is that I'm an idiot.

I tried two different batteries right out of the package, but when I tried a third one, it started up just fine.

When they turn back on after you turn it off it means you have not hunted long enough. :chuckle:  :sry:
