We got this couger on the cam this last week. I'm no cat expert at all!! It looks pretty big to me but how does this cat size up?

Look at the width of the off side forearm and the chest meat ahead of the on side shoulder.  Gotta be fair sized.

Pregnant female?
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Pregnant?  Maybe.  Perhaps it just killed and ate a deer/cat/dog/cow/sheep.......

Hard to get a really good look at the head but it looks like one big arse female to me.  But I too am no expert on cougars.  About the only way I ever know for sure is to see the black spot not visible in this pic.  Hopefully Bearpaw will chime in and give his opinion.  In Washington State I'm shooting it first and figuring out what sex it is later!
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."
