Beer brats

First time making beer brats...turned out good...I will try another seasoning next time...maybe a Polish sausage next time..I bought the cabelas kit and there's not enough flavor for me and also found out a stuffer would be ALOT easier than the grinder attachment

Stuffers are great.  Get the biggest you can afford if you have thoughts of doing summer sausage in the future if you decide to get one.

I have made lots of different sausages...all of the kits I have bought have been weak or under flavored except for the ones I bought from Spokane Spice.  I usually go about 3-5 lbs lighter on the meat than the recommended amount now, and they are all pretty good.  Those look good!
