Salisbury steakmeat patty1 lb ground beef2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp mustard1tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/3 cup bread crumbsSauce2 pack of brown gray mix2 cups water1 tbsp ketchup1 tsp Worcestershire SauceMix together the ingredients for the meat patty together then grab a hand full and roll it into a ball then press them out I use a little round sauce to make the patty even then pan fry them in a little butter. While your frying the patties mix the sauce ingredients together and once the patties are nice and browned add the sauce and let it thicken on low. I cook in a large cast iron skillet for best results. serve on some garlic mashed potatoes this takes under 30 minutes to prep and serve.

I didn't know this until recently, but they make frozen rice that you just microwave for 5 minutes. Quick, easy and no pans to boil over or clean up
