Need a Good Trail Cam
« on: August 19, 2016, 06:25:06 PM »
Ok. Im fed up. I have 13 trail cams and currently 3 work. The other 10 have gone haywire. I need a good trail cam that is quality. I think the reason most of them are haywire is because of the rain here in the PNW. Help me. Im tired of throwing money out the window.

I have 7 cams out, all Wildgame Innovations, ( 4 Black-opt and 3 vision 10) all were under a hundred dollars, and never had any problems..I've had couple more expensive cameras and you're right, I think rain it major cause of malfunction..Hope this helps
Now therefore, please take your weapons, your quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me

I may not have alot but what I have I got honest.....

I'd rather be hated for what I am then be loved for what I'm not

Is it me, or are people getting dumber

Covert, moultrie and the cheaper wildgame cams I have been using have been working great for me so far. Let us know what you end up getting and how you like them.

I have eleven cameras.  They consist of Moultrie, Cabelas, and spypoint.  I like the Cabelas the best and Moultrie is right behind.  I like the photo/video feature on the cabelas.  Plus I like the cabelas lock boxes better.

i have been running trail cams for 5 years. i have a bunch of diff types. my most durable have been a bushnell and a cheap tasco from walmart. runs on c size batteries. right now is not a good time to pick up trail cams as I see no sizzling deals out there.

Sorry dude, but any camera that runs on c batteries is antiquated garbage.  Period.
